Key Account Manager (gender neutral)

In order to further develop our successful course, we need you in the role of

Key Account Manager (gender neutral)

  

Your tasks:

  • Support and business development within the existing customer base as well as the acquisition and retention of new business
  • Preparing quotes including completing the necessary documentation and specifications as well as due diligence during the post-processing phase
  • Carrying out customer requirements analyses in addition to market situation consultations and competitor reviews
  • Customer visit and trade fair organisation and support
  • Act as the designated contact for the more complex products within the product portfolio of the specified product group, which may require an explanation
  • Handling and processing customer complaints

 

Your profile:

  • You will have a degree in business administration or will have completed an apprenticeship in business commerce in addition to relevant vocational experience
  • You will have experience in providing expert support to major clients in the IT or consumer electronics sectors
  • You will have a very good knowledge of MS-Office and experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems
  • You will be experienced in the application of the relevant sales and marketing methodologies in the acquisition of new clients as well as a sound knowledge of the market
  • You will be highly customer focused, service-oriented and empathetic, and will combine these qualities with a structured, detailed, proactive and efficient approach to work
  • You will be a confident negotiator with a good command of both written and spoken English
  • You will enjoy working as part of a team, whilst taking the initiative in your day-to-day tasks and making things happen
