Key Account Manager

To bolster our team, we are looking for you to fill the role of::

Key Account Manager (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities:

  • Support and development of existing customers as well as acquisition and retention of new customers

  • Creation of offers incl. preparation of the required documents as well as consistent follow-ups and reviews

  • Performing customer requirements analyses and explanation of the market and competitive situation

  • Organizing and supporting customer visits and trade fairs

  • Qualified contact person for challenging products and those requiring explanations from among the product portfolio of the defined product groups

  • Receiving and processing customer complaints

Your professional profile:

  • Completed studies (business administration) or apprenticeship as a clerk with the corresponding sales experience 

  • Experience in supporting large customers is beneficial

  • Good MS Office skills and experience with merchandise management systems

  • Experience with standard sales methods and with customer acquisition as well as good knowledge of the market

  • High degrees of customer focus, service awareness and empathy

  • Structured, precise, proactive and efficient way of working

  • Negotiation skills and good grasp of written and spoken English

  • Self-starter, motivated and enjoys teamwork
