Kindly ensure that you obtain an RMA number prior to dispatching the goods or requesting collection. The RMA number must be clearly visible on the goods or pallet.

This is the only way to assign goods to their respective companies.

If RMA labeling is missing, we will have to refuse delivery.

We also require a copy of the invoice and a brief explanation for the return.

 

Please note:
Incorrect deliveries, incorrect quantities, or transport damage are not eligible for return merchandise authorization (RMA).
