Logistics coordinator/forwarding agent (m/f/d)
Your responsibilities:
- Central point of contact for procurement, warehousing, and distribution logistics in both domestic and international markets
- Responsibility for the operational management of processes, including ongoing analysis and optimization of goods flow procedures
- Support in all logistics-related processes across the departments of logistics, sales, and procurement
- Accountability for escalation management involving customers and suppliers
- Professional development and continuous improvement of the logistics department
- Preparation and development of logistics tenders and project-related business
- Negotiation of contracts in the areas of warehousing and freight logistics
- Monitoring and analysis of warehousing and freight insurance, including liaison with insurers
Your professional profile:
- You have completed vocational training as a freight forwarding and logistics services clerk or hold another commercial qualification (relevant professional experience in logistics is required)
- You demonstrate a high level of customer orientation, service awareness, and empathy, as well as a structured, accurate, proactive, and efficient working style
- You possess strong coordination and organizational skills, along with logical thinking and good geographical awareness
- You are proficient in essential IT tools and have a good command of English
- You enjoy working in a team, take initiative in your daily tasks, and are motivated to make a difference
