Quality assurance employee (m/f/d)
Your responsibilities:
Creation and maintenance of important product documents such as declarations of conformity, confirmations of technical conformity, technical data sheets, and safety data sheets
Analysis of technical measurement data from internal and external tests and creation of detailed reports on product quality
Coordinating and managing external laboratory tests, especially for chemical tests such as RoHS and REACH
Ensuring the efficient implementation of test plans and supervising the necessary tests
Participating in the optimization and further development of quality procedures and documentation processes
Working closely with internal departments and external partners to ensure the flow of information and keep all parties involved up to date
Supporting the processing and resolution of customer complaints
Your professional profile:
You have completed commercial or technical training (or have a relevant degree)
You are proficient in the necessary IT tools and have a good command of written and spoken English
You are highly customer-oriented, service-minded, quality-conscious, and empathetic, and you have a structured, accurate, proactive, and efficient way of working.
You are proficient in the use of common MS Office applications.
You have a high level of product affinity or, ideally, knowledge in the areas of lighting and energy.
You enjoy working in a team, show initiative in your daily work, want to make a difference, and enjoy what you do
